At first glance, a practical gift. But how many of these devices do we really use, and how many of them sooner or later end up forgotten in a drawer?

It is important to know that these small gadgets also belong to electrical and electronic equipment (EEO). Their production requires various raw materials, including valuable and critical materials that can be reused.

That is why this year's message on the occasion of the International E-Waste Day, October 14, reminds us that we need to think about e-waste even before it is created.

👉 Going to a conference? Think sustainably and say "no" to gadgets you don't need.

👉 Organizing a conference? If you're already giving away gifts, consider more circular alternatives, such as books, local products, or experiences.

The best e-waste is the one that was never created.

Let's choose wisely. Let's use longer. Let's create less waste. 🌱♻️
