ZEOS eko-sistem d.o.o. is registered as a private company in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, officially authorized by the Federal ministry of the environment and tourism as the system operator (EPR scheme) for the management of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Although formally established as a company, ZEOS eko-sistem operates under a non-profit status, which is clearly defined by the founding statute, acting exclusively in the public interest and without the intention of generating profit for its owners.

Our core mission is environmental protection through the establishment and improvement of collection and recycling systems for electrical and electronic waste, as well as implementing educational and awareness-raising activities to increase environmental consciousness among citizens.

All generated revenues are reinvested into the development and maintenance of the system, circular economy projects, educational programs, and the strengthening of local community capacities. ZEOS eko-sistem does not distribute profits or dividends to its owners; instead, all resources are directed towards achieving socially beneficial goals.

In this way, ZEOS eko-sistem fully meets the criteria to be recognized as a "not-for-profit legal entity." All relevant founding, legal, and financial documents confirming this status are available for inspection upon request on our email info@zeos.ba.
